Step 1: Book 50 Minute Free Consultation

The free consultation is less than an hour and we will end at the specified time, so it is best you share as much information as needed about your situation and business problems before meeting with us.

If we both find common ground, attain confidence in meeting your needs, and desire to work together, we will move to step 3.

Step 2: Pay Retainer

Payments are made through ACH or credit card. Hours are prepaid in blocks and we do offer discounts with bulk purchases of 50 and 100 hours in order to encourage a long term relationship.

Note: There are no long term contracts or obligations. We reserve the right to refuse requests for refund, and if a refund is given, we will assess the refund or credit requests based on their merits.

Step 3: Co-create Software Development Sprint Board

We work using the agile software development framework. We typically start by building a flowchart of your "real-life business processes". Once your needs are clearly defined, we select what software (or preferably use your existing software) is needed and plan the development sprints in stages.

Our goal is to quickly build functional software that can be demonstrated and deployed to users within 2 - 4 weeks, so you can get a faster return on your investment and provide immediate feedback for further updates. Depending on the complexity of the project, we may need to deploy the software in stages.

Step 4: Meet Regularly for Software Demos, Feedback & Updates

New iterations are deployed within 2 - 4 weeks. After every task is complete, you will be delivered a recorded demo of our work and a consistently up-to-date, detailed work in progress report. We require our clients to meet with us regularly (weekly or bi-weekly) for at least an hour to review our work, provide feedback, and deploy the new software to your users.

All will be available in your client portal - built with enterprise-grade security.

If you like our work we repeat steps 3 - 5.

If you don't like our work, we can do our best to repair our relationship & solution or give you a refund depending on the merits of your requests.
