Bio
For over a decade I have worked on dozens of “no code” software implementations for SMBs and professional service firms. Six years ago I started freelancing, ZeroClick AI, and seized the opportunity to live as a digital nomad meeting great business partners along the way!
I come from a big family of engineers, military personnel, and entrepreneurs - four out of nine of us have security clearances and regular FBI background checks including myself. When I got time on my hands I play chess (add me) and play & sing guitar (YouTube Music Videos).

As a software trainer, consultant and change manager for over two decades, I specialize in SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Linkedin, and Insightly CRM, servicing dozens of SMB and enterprise companies. Micah and I actually met through the Insightly Community back in 2015 and eventually had a beer together in Berlin. We have worked on several accounts together since then and are now business partners through my company plus3trainings. We are proud to provide reliable software and technology services for professional services firms and international enterprises alike.
I am passionate about language and public speaking which compliments my software skills enabling me to offer online personal branding and reputation management services. I enjoy helping business leaders present themselves and their offerings more effectively through online networks such as LinkedIn.
