ZeroClick launches with $55 million to build the ad network for AI
August 20, 2025
ZeroClick quietly raised $55 million to launch a reasoning-time ad network for AI. The funding came from Anthos, Ludlow, Anfa, Wonder, Protagonist, and founder Ryan Hudson. The same investor group previously backed Ryan as he grew Honey to a $4 billion sale to PayPal.
As AI transforms how people search, learn, and decide, ZeroClick gives brands a new way to connect to customers. Instead of shouting the loudest or interrupting workflows, ZeroClick enables advertisers to provide additional context that enriches answers for people and their agents in moments of discovery and decision.
ZeroClick ads integrate natively into AI assistants' reasoning processes. Advertiser promoted context is considered by AI in real time as answers are formed, improving AI responses with timely, transparent, and highly relevant information and offers.
The ZeroClick platform is already used to connect more than 10,000 advertisers with millions of users of internally developed products. Now ZeroClick is extending these capabilities to AI developers and platforms, from browsers and extensions to new AI-native products and services.
